UBS fall Business Showcase | FALL QUARTER
The Undergraduate Business Society’s Business and Campus Orgs Showcase is unique in that it combines industry panels with a dedicated networking segment to give students the most enriching experience possible. The event exposes attendees to numerous fields in business by hosting post-recruitment seniors and moderating a panel that delves into how each individual chose their internship and their day to day tasks. The Business Showcase also hosts numerous on-campus organizations in a large-scale networking event that allows students to network and join organizations that cater to their interests and goals.

UBS Consulting services night | FALL QUARTER
The Undergraduate Business Society’s Consulting Night, hosted in partnership with the UCLA Career Center, is the only recruitment-focused career fair at UCLA dedicated exclusively to the consulting industry. This event draws over 25 firms and 500 students every fall, providing the optimal opportunity for UCLA’s top candidates to meet and network with firms. Organizations in attendance typically recruit for full-time and internship positions within the consulting industry.

UBS/anderson mentorship program | FALL QUARTER
The Bruin Family Mentorship Program, organized by the Leadership Development Committee in collaboration with the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the Undergraduate Business Society (UBS), is a year-long initiative designed to connect driven undergraduate students with accomplished Anderson MBA mentors.
Each fall quarter, undergraduate mentees are paired with MBA mentors based on shared career interests and goals. Over the course of the academic year, these partnerships provide a platform for professional growth, leadership development, and skill enhancement. Mentors offer personalized guidance on career exploration, self-improvement, and professional development, empowering mentees to navigate their career journeys with confidence.
UBS Career development workshop | FALL QUARTER
The Undergraduate Business Society's Career Development Workshop, organized by the Career Development Committee, is a comprehensive three-week program designed to equip freshmen, sophomores, and transfer students with the foundational skills needed to excel in their career journeys.
Taking place during weeks 6-8 of the Fall Quarter, the workshop focuses on key career preparation topics:
Week 6: Industry Overview and Resume/Cover Letter Development
Week 7: Industry-Specific Interview Techniques and Mock Interviews
Week 8: Strategies for Securing Internship Opportunities
Participants who complete all sessions will earn the UBS Career Development Certificate, which recognizes their commitment to professional growth and readiness to succeed in competitive recruitment processes.
Annual CAREERS IN BUSINESS FAIR | WINTER QUARTER
The Undergraduate Business Society’s Annual Careers in Business Fair is a recruitment focused career fair that allows employers to showcase internship and full-time opportunities in various industries such as finance, consulting, entertainment, public relations, communications, accounting, sales, operations, marketing, human resources, etc. The fair is open to all students at UCLA and typically attracts over 400 attendees from all majors and grade levels. Since it specifically caters to careers in business and is put on by the premier business organization at UCLA, it allows companies to gain exposure to a targeted, self-selected group of highly-motivated, top-tier students who have a vested interest in business careers. This would be a great opportunity for your firm to promote any internship or full-time positions that may be open at this time or simply gain a wider presence on our campus.
