BWIB's mission is to empower future women leaders by providing them with the knowledge, networks, and resources needed to succeed in business. As one of the few open-membership business clubs on campus, we aim to offer members exposure to diverse industries and opportunities in career development, mentorship, and partnerships with top companies.

Recruitment Timeline (Fall & Winter)

We are an open membership club, but we will be recruiting for some executive board positions during the fall quarter. We recruit for committee board positions during the winter quarter.
